Lots of them!

It's been so long since I posted about the books I've read I have LOTS of them, so I'm just going to give  a short review of each and they're not in order.

The Hunger Games Series by Suzanne Collins

I really enjoyed this series even though it is written for young readers.  There is lots of action and they are quite addictive.

The IIAM Series by Christopher Buecheler

These were GREAT vampire books.  Unlike most vampire series, in this one the heroine wants to be a vampire.  They are packed with action and I can't wait to read the third book in the trilogy.

Pandora's Daughter and On the Run by Iris Johansen

I have always enjoyed Iris Johansen's books, and neither of these two disappointed.  I will keep reading her's.

A Discovery of Witches and Shadow of Night by Deborah Harkness

These are unusual paranormal novels in that the star-crossed lovers are a witch and a vampire.

Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer

This took a little time to get into and seemed to not be making sense, until the end...it all wrapped around together and become a very inspirational story.

Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame-Smith

I enjoyed the first half of this book, but got bored with it and quit reading it just past halfway through.

The Brass Verdict and The Reversal by Michael Connelly

Chad and I actually listened to these two on audiobooks during our travels.  They are part of Connelly's Mickey Haller series (sequels to The Lincoln Lawyer) and they were great!

Hollywood Secrets by Gemma Halliday

This is the second book in Halliday's Hollywood paparazzi series.  They have humor, romance, mystery...the whole package.  Fun reads!

Hide and Catch Me by Lisa Gardner

These are part of Gardner's D.D. Warren Detective Series.  They have great mystery plots with lots of twists.  I plan on reading the rest of the series.

New Orleans Series by Lisa Jackson

This series is full of mystery and romance.  Warning though, most involve corruption and murder in or by the church.

Racing the Devil by Jaden Terrell

This was a quick read with lots of humor, mystery, and sex.  There are more in the Jared McKean series, which I will probably read.

The Witness by Nora Roberts

This book had a unique story line, included mystery and romance, and a happily ever after.
