An Ice Cold Grave by Charlaine Harris

This is the 3rd book in the Harper Connelly series by the author of the Sookie Stackhouse/Trueblood series.  I have now read all of the books in this series, somehow I read 3 and 4 out of order, and honestly I like these better than the Sookies.  Harper was struck by lightning when she was a young teenager and since has been able to sense where dead bodies are located and see through the deceased eyes how they died.  She and her stepbrother take her talent on the road when they become adults and use it as their career.  There is a lot of mystery, a little bit of paranormal, lots of humor, and a little romance mixed into each novel.  I hope there is another novel in the series forthcoming!
